NAF TRAINER PROJECT – 2

The candidate who ever completed a degree related to Computers and IT and having completed basic courses in Hardware & Networking and or Operating systems and passion to teach with good communication skills are eligible for this job

Prerequisite

1. Good communication skills

2. Completed Bachelor Degree related to computers or IT

3. Completed Basic courses in Hardware & Networking or Operating Systems

4. Passion to teach

5. Should clear the internal interview

Training Period (4 Months)

1. Successful candidates will be given training in CCNP or CCVP or CCSP or MCITP or VMWARE based on the market need and candidates qualifications

2. 50% certification fee sponsorship

3. Soft Skills training

4. 3000 stipend every month

Employment & Salary

1. To work as a full time trainer for 12 months minimum contract after training

2. First 6 months -8000 (6000 salary + 2000 Boarding)

3. Second 6 months -10000(8000 salary + 2000 Boarding) +

1. attractive commission based on the trainer’s contribution

4. Location of placement after training will be anywhere in Tamilnadu

Termination

During 4 months Training Period:

Company may terminate within first one month if the candidate doesn't fit to the requirement.

Both parties can terminate with 15days notice and failure to do so will result in 10000 compensation.

One Year employment Period

One month minimum notice by either party during the 1 year contract period and failure to do so will result in 15000 Compensation.

The candidate needs to pay the training fees, 50% exam fees and 4 months stipend paid by the company if he leaves the job in the contract period.
